Vinculari, a SaaS for the speech therapist's daily routine

People who see patients often split their routine between messages, spreadsheets and paper. Records live in one place, the schedule in another, and whatever was agreed with the family gets lost in old conversations.

The idea behind Vinculari is simple. The session ends, but the care continues. The system helps the therapist keep everything together and helps the family follow what matters.

• Guidance gets lost. Agreements, files and activities end up scattered across chats. In Vinculari, the family finds everything in one simple portal.
• Every report starts from zero. Assessments, school reports and progress notes take time. The AI builds a draft from what the therapist already recorded, and she reviews it, adjusts it and signs it her own way.
• Practice at home gets no feedback. The therapist releases an activity, the family does it on their phone, and she sees what happened before the next session.
• Involving the family can’t mean more work. Guardians get a link and follow everything on their phone, with nothing to install.

• Family portal. Access through the browser, on a phone or a computer. The therapist chooses what each family can see.
• Home activities. Therapeutic games released per patient, with the results showing up on the therapist’s dashboard.
• Reports with AI support. A first draft to review, exportable as a professional PDF or an editable Word file, using the practice’s logo and colors.
• The basics, done well. Clinical records with intake forms, assessments and progress notes made for speech therapy, scheduling with recurring sessions and attendance tracking, finance per patient, and access by role, with an action history and attention to Brazil’s data protection law (LGPD).

I rebuilt the whole Vinculari interface with a visual language of its own, modern and quiet. The home screen puts the therapist’s next action first and keeps the numbers in the background. There are fewer identical cards and more room between things, so the clinical routine fits on a screen that feels light to use.

A few decisions show how I work.

• The AI suggests and the professional decides. Generated text is always a draft. In healthcare, the therapist is the one who signs.
• Nothing to install. The family joins through a link. The fewer the barriers, the more people actually use it.
• Each family sees only what was released. Health data calls for fine control over who accesses what.

Vinculari brings together pieces that show up in many systems. It has a login area with access roles, a portal for people outside the company, document export, billing and artificial intelligence used with judgment. I have been through all of them, from the first sketch to a live product, and I keep maintaining and evolving it.
